Learning at all has no limit, but depends on the type of science, learning depends on the new language if only conflicts with the organization of times and the reason for waste in the important time

Well, that’s depends on your personal as well as professional motivation. Everyone should learn something new it doesn't matter whether it’s a language or arts or music.

You never really stop. You constantly add on to even your native language. 

You should not even begin to learn! So many people stsrt to learn new language according to a survey however, a fraction number manage to get intermediate level. Therefore people learn new language for different reasons, travel, business, vacation..ext. In my opinion first formost need clearify your goals, why you doing it. Learning new language to mastry level it can be overwhelming if you don't have enough why.
