To be able do one's job honestly, one must first show one's concern about one's work

The most important thing modern work environement is doing your work honestly in time.  

In modern work environment, everybody depends upon other and other action/result depends upon your work completion in time.

The most important things is doing the work as by doing the work you are gaining more experience.
