Coordinate first with special education teachers about the suitability of the planned course content to students with special needs. Also, SPED teachers could be asked about best practices on delivery of the content and assesment of learning outcomes, based on the special needs of these students.
Learning about international issues related to business and economics cannot be accomplished by merely memorizing the facts found in course readings. The teacher must spark the students’ curiosity about how management practices and business organizations function competitively around the globe. To this end, I try to equip students with a set of conceptual tools to navigate through the often contradictory and ambiguous mass of information and current affairs. Through this they can interpret the effects of economic and financial gains, cultural differences, political influences and social factors on local and multi-national business firms. This information provide confidence in students to critically analyze which operational and global strategy will help to enhance the firm’s long-term profitability and value
From my experience and a little knowledge i like to say.
1. Make the students free from the fear that they need special care always.
2. Understand what type of care and correction does he/she needs to be fearless.
3. Alter or Modify the prescribed course content in a easy to approach manner for the student.
4. Give them the confidence that they are a part of the normal world with other students.
5. Please understand them, in society their may be people/students who will only slowly understand the students with special needs.
6. Try our best to change negative to positive views.

Accessing the nature of the special need of the student(s) will be the best way to determine the course content. Teaching methodolgy will greatly differ for such students with their varoius uniqueness.
Working in the field of education is a unique opportunity to play a prominent role in influencing and shaping the lives of young people. Working with special needs children makes an already incredibly rewarding experience even more so. Of course, although working with special needs children is definitely rewarding and worthwhile, it is also at times very challenging. Overcoming the challenges that both you, and the students, will face in the classroom is what being a special needs educator is all about.
The first task should be to determine the needs of such students. Usually, this may require personalization for each student to help them with their curriculum.
It is very challenging to set an exact framework for an entire cohort of special need students, as they are unique in their needs, challenges and abilities. However, the content can be made with a particular framework but with the flexibility of customization according to student’s individual needs, abilities and requirements, as every single special need student is unique.
according to my expeiene and lnowledge to make a friendly environment for students, because the mind of students will set in this type of environment, and the mind set up of human beings is natural gift and the mind set where a person feel confedence.
