Everybody is seeking for reference to get to a much better opportunity in GCCs. So my question is about what if someone like a professional who doesn't have any reference background and another one with a good recommendation with less experience came for the same interview...!!!who will likely to get the job...? Is it something like the talented get overtaken by somebody who has more free fuel...!!!
It all depends one's qualifications and experiences and present job trends. Experienced professional will sure get a job he or she is persistent in search of a job
Nowsdays most of the jobs filled on based of references, if you have a good experience but no reference you may be less likely to got a job but it doesent mean that experience person doesent get a job, if your have good recommendation you get a job easily and withpout any reference will take some time but you will win.
Few tips to help you.
1. Increase your network. The more people you know the more better options you get. Start working on your profile and get connected to UAE based people.
2. Set daily email alerts on various job portals so you get the homewor for everyday. Do not rush but customize your application before submitting.

3. Get yourself register to free summits and sessions happening in Dubai. Google more on this and you will make new connections.
4.Prepare yourself well to explain and answer these questions:
Why should we hire you?
Where do you see yourself in next 5 years?
What are your strenghts for the role?
5. Get a list of desired companies where you wish to work. Then connect with them and make an appointment to see in person & show your interest.
6. Reach to your alummi and seek their support/guidance.
7. Attend social gaterings and networking events.

I believe if you have good credentials, references are used as check. So only the good references will not provide the guarantee of the job.

Actually I do not have experience in GCC in general, But I knew, even person do not has reference, He - She still has his - her ability and experience to apply for any vacant.
His probabality is unlimited dus to various cercumstances, The following can lead to the successful job hunting or lead your applications to be neglected

2.professional certifications
3.who are his job hunters
4. naitionality. Languages and number of his dependants
5.His resumes
There is a possibility if the qualifications, experience and skills required and appropriate for the jobs offered in the UAE are available
