This is important in that the company try to get exactly what thier customers need if not the exact product. I believe that if a business needs a specific machine for thier day to day activity, they will mostlikely prefere to get something much similar to what they want than getting something completly diffrent. 

   Also, the aspect of branding by companies use branding to target thier  customers, the products for kids can't be branded to represent adult, same as products for adults can not be branded to  represent kids. For example the way you brand your products will determine which customer base you are targeting, could be the new born babie, adults or better still the aged. so branding is used to give the customer a physical and visual satisfaction of what they are looking for. 

By launching new products in the market By asking the old clients about their referral. By giving digital marketing a chance.
