IF THE CUSTOMER IS LOYAL, IT DOES INDIRECTLY SHOWS THEY HIGH LEVEL OF SATISFACTION TOWARDS THE SERVICES THEY RECEIVED. LOYALTY IS THE REWARD AND RESULT OF HIGH CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
