No I don't use RSS
Not since the proliferation of social media and Google recently shutting down the service on their part, Social media notifications are more attractive than RSS (after all our brains are conditioned to crave them).
Here is why I don't recommend it:

Now, first rule of digital marketing, know your audience, and adapt to their needs.
if your clients (visitors) are more likely to use rss, so be it, customer is king.
if not, social media is widely available and much simpler to setup and use.
