Well ,I guess there are too many reasons to alienate customers fast :-
Losing trust and credibility between the company(supplier) & the customer.
Fail to deliver commitments to the customer to any part of the deal.
Fail to offer corrective actions in case of service failure (Mistakes happen but how to overcome it and succeed to deliver corrective action is extremely crucial for the customer )
No transparency .
Competitor activities (Market activities in terms of good product/service at a lower cost/price )
Customer's stakeholders decision to eliminate a company in favor of another (sometimes It happens )
