According you, what is the most difficult to do when you start a new project?

to know every thing about the project and every thing related to project

1- Passion team: Getting the right passion team would be the most important and hard thing for a startup project or business, i suggest you take your time getting the right team to play.

2- scale and measure: scalethe marketing right( your7p's and4c's)  - your budged with the time frame you have it's hard sometimes to get that right.

3- Strategy plan: take your time to plan the strategy plan right from the start with your key managers in the team or business, keep updating it fast and monitor it.

4- Sales: if it's product or servicewhat will matter in the end the revenue so support the sales team understand your customer what he want to see and pay for, plan your advertising plan to reach your segmentation in different channels.

5- Lead by example: people love to follow how lead, coach and support them.

based on my experiences the most important issue we have to face with is basic invetigations which is the most important item and mostly not done and missed in the mega projects i have been enguaged with just because of executive,budject and other priorities based on management's and ministry old fashion ideas in Iran!
