How do I increase my company social media followers?

I work on online business and we have a very ambitious target to increase our social media followers. Especially Instagram and Youtube. Which are the techniques you people recommend for us to increase the volume of followers?

For Instagram: Post video content 5-6 times per day.

For YouTube: Post minimum 1 video per week.

Posting alone isn't enough, have Call to Action in each piece of content you share on both platforms. CTA could be: Asking a question, Asking audience to take a specific action (like, comment, share, download, subscribe, etc)

The conternt of your post is one of the most important factor to get the interest of followers. Use hashtags to reach your target audience , it is important to use hashtags relevant to your post. Post your campaign at least 2x or 3x a day.

  • Behaviour – what are their likes, dislikes and hobbies?
  • If you’re marketing to other businesses, think about what type of company they are, how many people work for them and what their revenue and geographic scope is.
  • Find your customers – in order to attract your ideal following, you first need to find them. Do they tend to use Facebook more than Twitter? What do they search for online? Where do they like to go when they’re not on the Internet?
  • One of the most important things to understand about your customers is their buying behaviour. Do they make impulse purchases? Do they seek out referrals? Where do they do their research into products/services? Do they buy online? Are they more inclined to make a purchase if there’s a special offer?
  • Speak to existing customers – how did they originally find your company? What made them choose you? Why do they stay loyal to you?
  • It’s also worth spending some time analysing what your competitors are doing on social media. Who is following them? What content are they sharing? Which of their posts get high levels of engagement and which don’t?
  • Produce valuable content

    Last year, 77% of adults bought goods or services online and 46% said that they rely on social media when making a buying decision. This means that by sending out content which is interesting and engaging, you could be tapping into a huge market.

    Your customer profiling will really help you here because once you really understand who your audience is and what their interests are, you will know exactly how to market to them.

    When posting on social media, remember that this isn’t the place for lengthy pieces of text. Social media is very visual and you typically only have seconds to attract someone’s attention and get them to stop scrolling through their news feed. Ensure that the content you post is engaing with followers. Avoid posting long paragraphs and stick to inforgaphics and podcasts. Post regurlaly and give audiences something to look foward to. Create a calender that enables you to schedule posts on yur social media platforms.

First of all, we have to choose the proper product and uploaded the picture and details of the product should be good in quality.  Need account in every popular social media but have to maintain them proactively with the full team. We have to be consistent about the product existence.  Using hashtags is very important. Content should be more entertaining and solvable. 

And yes consistent uploading is also played a good role.

Its all about the content, anf how you present it, every country has its own culture, you need to understand that culture and prenet your profile to your target audiance intrest. then, you need to know which social media is preferable: instegram, twitter, facebook, youtube, ...

  2. Post vigourously on instagram.
  3. Use better and influencial hashtags for the same.
  4. Pick up one or 2 days in a week to post videos on youtube and post about the upcoming videos on Instagram regularly.(Less is much,too much of videos on youtube will confuse the audience)
  5. Post stories on Instagram.
  6. Run competitions were through cross marketing prizes could be decided.(advertise and promote other brands,in terms of barter)
