First of all for making decisions, we need optimistic , postive , creative set of people who beleive in themselves for getting objectives to be done. And the team leader should have beleived in their team. Now questions comes
How to choose among the assistants the most appropriate to participate in critical and important decision making?Any one follow the follwing set of steps
1. Look at the set of skills in the team.
2. Take out the probabilty of failure.
3. Need to figure out all the possible ways of failure..
4. based on Failure design A for ideal cases, Plan B if A fails , then C , D ... Based on how critical is the work.
5. after figure ways of failure , now it is time to find how solve it.
for this look at the importance of work and it's side effect of failure...
If it is really beyond your imagination and objective will have loss of assets then difinately one need to take assistants.....
Now select assistants from those who has really the solution, numerically proved not theoritically proved.
