How can you deal with patients who are unsatisfied and doubtful about their test results?

First thing is to understand the situation, all human are sensitive specially some cases of illness or disease might be severe for the individual so it is a common reaction.
- Give them a smile and if it is necessary you can advice them to check for second opinion - Give them copy of the result - Smile and always give them the positive atmosphere - Hold your grounds, as long as you are 100% sure about the diagnosis then be firmed and just do tell them straight.

we must covience him that the result is dfferiertiate by the the time of day and the kind of measurment and the electrisity if there a porblem in these things and if he was,nt in suitable diet after a lab test

-Explanation of test results in accordance with the disease symptoms exhibited by patients - Briefing of test method and its accuracy with respect to the analyst, instrument etc -Demonstration of reliability of test result ie, repeatability and reproducibility of test if needed in associating with other sister concerns or laboratories.

ربما النتيجه تتغير بتغير الفترة الزمنية او تناول الادويه اوغذاء معين يعمل نتائج خاطئ إيجابي ، هذا  اذا كنت اتبع نظام ضبط الجوده بأستمرار والدقه في العمل فما ممكن تتولد عندي مخاوف لأي شخص وبيحصل هذا النوع للتشكيك في العامل او الفني  لأغراض شخصيه.............

First is to listen to the patient's concern and problem and then stay calm and compose myself to explain o him/her that I as a professional Medical Laboratory Technologist run a Quality control in every beginning and end of shift to ensure that the lab results are valid and true. I will explain also in simple manner that every Laboratory are mandatory to pass the exam of Interlab Quality Control(ExternalQC) to run on every test and compare with the true valid result.

Listening patient with empathy and refer them to the concerned nurse or doctor.

First i will think why they are unstaisfied with report and what was their expectation of their report. and my reaction would be silent smile. I ll try to convince by telling my experience and also make them realize giving fake reports never going give me or them happiness. I will also ask them love their body and listen what it trying to say and trust the reports they got .Move forward with a smile.

If you apply healthcare quality that put patient satisfaction first this will make any patient statified and he will never complain or being in doubt about your results

Explain this results simply, tell him about quality control measures and consultation of lab

I have to show him the machines that i make by it the test and show him the liquids and materials and his sample how his name is written on it and speak with him about the result of his sample why it may be such this result
