I would agree with Mr. Yahya regarding his points and add further that Uber knows how to manage its firm very well worldwide from the perspective of brand showcasing, employment opportunities, and delivering value. Regarding Ubers purchase of Careem, Uber has definitely accomplished a more solid reach to the Arab audience which enhances the brands power further and has monopolized the market through buying its biggest competitor concerning the Arab countries. Let us be frank and clear here.. If Uber will manage Careem in a successful manner that will retain and boost the brand then it's a win. On the other hand, if Uber is unable to do that then it's3 billion dollars of purchase will require further fiscal investment to re-arrange Careem from zero. Hence, a disastrous decision made.
The deal is good for Uber as it seeks to expand its global presence to strengthen its brand awareness and association hence its image.
It is also important because success in modern business depends entirely in acquisition of competitive advantage. This implies that Uber's acquisition of Careem will enhance its competitive position in the market to drive sustainable competitive advantage
It is further a growth strategy. However, this is high risk involved with this growth strategy as a wholly owned subsidiary. I hope prevail circumstances have been thoroughly evaluated to identify and mitigate risk involved as all businesses should take risk but should be a tangibly calculated one.

خطوة رائعة ولكن تمتلك عواقب وخيمة في المستقبل خصوصا ان عوائد اوبر الى الان ليست مستقرة و تعاني من مشكلة لوجستيه و مشاكل تقنية ,
اعتقد ان اوبر تحتاج الى ادارة جديدة ( ادارة تطوير منتجات ) لجذب العملاء بشكل يتماشى مع متطلباتهم
واحد من الحلول ( تأجير سيارات تشغيلية ) إيجار شهري يشمل الصيانات و الحوادث و لا يوجد فرصة لإمتلاك السيارة لأي طرف اخر
حتى كريم من الممكن اضافة خدمه للعملاء انه يمكن العملاء من ايجار سيارة بشكل شهري دون الحاجة لشراء سيارة و بنفس اسعاد الاجار المنتهي بالتمليك ويشمل الصيانات و الاطارات و سيارة بديلة في حال التعطل و الحوادث و وعد بسيارة جديدة كل عام من اي موديل يختاره العميل بشرط فرق في سعر التأجير
و بيع السيارات المستهلكة كل ثلاث سنوات للدول المجاورة او بيعها للسوق المحلي

Careem offers better options when compared to Uber. For example, in Careem we can pay more and the balance ends up in our wallet but Uber payments have to be exact change or we end up paying more.
Secondly, Careem waits for passengers to arrive whereas Uber just takes off hurriedly.
It would be a sad thing if Uber takes over Careem however vice versa would be a better option for users.
As per now my experience to deal with uber and cream, uber are professional then cream

I look at this instance as that where a business buys off its competition, therefore shifting the market structure from a duopoly to a perfect monopoly.
