Trading or Manufacturing which one is more preferable and why ?

Trading or Manufacturing are choices that depends on each individual's abilities, Strenghts and Ambitions. 

I believe that:

Trading requires Vision, a Game Plan, Great Interpersonal Skills, Ability to generate funds, great negotiation skills, etc.

Manufacturing requires the ability to create and build, motivation skills, strong processes and evaluation mechanism, etc.
