Hey there!
I think that with the development of the country, the leading industries in KSA will be computer science, construction, education and tourism. With the VAT tax there will be plenty of IT, App, Finance and accounting jobs to make sure companies are compliant. Tax and finance executives have also been hired.
well, obviously, the oil and gas industry is one of the most important in KSA and with the development of the country, you can find jobs in the construction, education,IT and telecommunication sectors. There are industries that Saudi Arabia is hoping to develop as part of it's project "Vision 2030" that may be great to look for a job in such as defense, renewable energy and tourism.
Thanks for your question!!
All the industries or sector are good and booming, all its depends upon your area of interest which you want to explore.
Nows days banking & retail sector are growing and are in need of employee to look after theri projects.
It doesn't matter which sector you work in, the most important thing is availability of institutional system, I mean you have to move away from the small firms which related directly with the owner, because you either suffering a instability or using you,
Thanks
Retail ( in general ).Selling services.Banking.Automotive services.Transportation ( Apps.).Housing and constructions.

One might assume that these industries are growing if they continue to pay well and that these industries are doing well. Entertainment and hopsitality have been on the rise for a while. Religious Tourism and tourism generally which has grown the last few years is one of the largest industries after oil.
Technology or advancing technologies coincides with the Saudi vision to for 2030. The plan intends to bring more jobs to Saudi especially in the Private Sector. KSA reportedly expects to a 35% growth rate in consumer data and 86% internet penetration by 2020 therefore making IT jobs, AI jobs, telecommunications and more possible contenders for rapid industry growth.
Huge industrial projects underway inclduing the Rivieria Project Anounced in January or 2019, the Neom gigaproject announced back in 2017, and more, would lead us to assume there will be a huge rise in industrial and construction jobs in coming years.
Aquaculture, is also reported to be expanded. I.e. seafood production and investment in that technology, research and marketing could rise.
There are other industries like financial services and natural resources that may also be built into stronger industries, also coinciding with the goals of the 2030 vision.
