Ask about their managers/ boss' behaviour towards work as during exit interviews people tend to say the truth mostly.

What situations or circumstances made them accept the opportunity?

If there was job satisfaction?

If they had any challenges during the work?

If they have any ideas or suggestions for the trainings or career guides in their current role as 1 suggestion can help the other team mates work with a change.

There are organisations who help the employees with networking or contacts to find a new job if they are moving to another country or state.

Be sure to ask about feedback on the following

- Management, it is the only time you might be able to get honest feedback on management, management styles and employee relationships with the management team.

- Ask about company culture and how they felt working within and across teams.

- Ask about their career growth within the company.

- Basically invite constructive and critical feedback.
