As a team leader what are the best advice to inspire and lift the spirit of your team?

The most important advice to the team leader is how to create a spirit of cooperation among team members and how to coordinate them in relation to their work 

Foster collaboration within the team

Being a team leader, I believe the best advise I can give my team is to love, support and treat each other as family. This is because when we do, we can do more as a team and overcome work challenges more effectively. But aside from just telling, it is my role as a leader to be on my team's side each step of the way, know their weaknesses and strengths as individuals, then work with and guide them accordingly to reach a common goal.

Communication, feel them important, transparency wth in team

you need to be polite sometimes and show to your workers that we are one family ðª. they'll obay your order and gives you respect too.

be one of them not their manager

motivate and encourage them to give maximum what they have

by motivation and encouragement they are gaining their own goals

never forget to thanks them for any achievement

i can be their director, instructor and guide in their problems.

give them all what i know from my large experience
