Would you hire young people and youth without experience to help them gain the necessary skills for the job market?

Yes of course, I shall hire new talent to polish them. I don't understand that if every one need experts then where the new talent can get experience. we must intorduce them to the market and furnish them with skills and experience to build their careers.

No doubt YES! but no in all vacancies or positions, some positions need new bloods continuesly, i.g. Sales, promoters, junior distributers, ...And in this case we can create an internship program to serve that idea.

Yes for entry-level positions, we usually hired MTO for a year after a detail selection process. This will help them to launch their career and learn professional skills.

It is always nice to have some young and fresh hands with energy, motivation and and eagerness to learn. They tend to provide new ideas and suggestions which we as a leader can take on board if it is practical for the business. I believe in talents of the persons then otherwise long time spend in the industry. A mix team is always productive.Ty
