Yes of course, I shall hire new talent to polish them. I don't understand that if every one need experts then where the new talent can get experience. we must intorduce them to the market and furnish them with skills and experience to build their careers.

It is always nice to have some young and fresh hands with energy, motivation and and eagerness to learn. They tend to provide new ideas and suggestions which we as a leader can take on board if it is practical for the business.
