Visit visa would not allow to walk in for interview, but mostly people trying this trick to avail a chance some time it can works some time do not work. its depend on company if they have visa for your relevant country so may be they can offer you work visa.

Just a few points to bring to your notice.
Many Countries do not allow people on visit visa to undertake any employment so you need to be clear if the country which has sanctioned visa for 3 months is ok as per their rules and regulations.
Secondly the earnings from such endeavour must satisfy your other personal needs else its futile to devote your valuable time for work activity which is not paying desirable earnings.
it may not add value to your cv.
Ali, the question I have for you is, what do you lose except time spent in the right way for the right reasons. Walk in interviews are a bomb, and it's up to you to get out there and explore it. If you prepare yourself right then the three months visa should come with added advantage. Many employers look unto the value you bring to the table not the length of the visa, this means your employer could upgrade your visa to a work visa, permanent resident visa etc. The foundation however is bound in you making the first step. So if you ask me, get out there and get that job but also do it will such that you will remain relevant
