The Manager can have the Talent Effort Grid of each Person in theoir team ,which will be desigened by the each individual past and present performences based on their EFFORTS and RESULTS .Say for example If  X is the Person in the team he is putting more effort but less results and less effort more results ,no effort no results ,this can be done on the4 side grid lie SWOT ,and can easily the manager can allocate each time accordingly for the developemt of the team as well as for effective monitoring.
