How would you rate your job as an accountant versus other job function in an organization in terms of relevancy and difficulties?

Accountants are needed in a company, of course all job roles are important and you can not eliminate them, and accounting roles have progressed now to other forms and adapted to modern style of companies. I vcan't say it's easier or more difficult, because every job has his difficulties and challenges, with the environment changes. so the Accounting is important and essential

Difficulty mean you are required in the organization, if the problem is not there you are no more required in the organization.  Problem of organization is your job opportunity.  Now you need to develop your interest in shooting the trouble for the continution  of your job.

My work as an accountant was held that the task of accounting and have a role in any job regardless of it's administrative or professional Vamahasph present in all areas of life such as management and planning, for example, in our private and public lives.

In my point of veiw , any one open a company Or even in his / her soical live , every one needs to know the status of his / her financial every day , which by sequence lead us to the important of being accountant to know what you have and how to use and what liabalities you must pay it .

Relevancy evaluation depends on the core business of the organization. Accounting is needed in every business, but it may be main activity (as in auditing firms) or supprot activities (as in a factory).

Difficulties in Accounting are solved by education, but difficulties in other specialities may not be solved by education. In my workfield (oil and gas), difficulties (like oil and gas leaks) may destroy the area and the people.

I guess every job has its own difficulties, like a person who is guarding an organization at night has its own risk, a driver who is always behind wheels also is at risk, a Sales person has a huge task of targets infront of them always as companies look at them with expectations.

Same way Accountant who is handling money and its accounts is also at big risk as mistakes can cause issues , wrong entries, mismanagement of cash and cheques, check on accounts payable and recievebles  (outstanding) so I beleive every job role has its challenges and everyone overcomes it with experience and knowledge gain.

There is not a single job which is peice of cake. there r problem and hurdles in every job. u just can not compare two different jobs. as the topic is on accounts then accountant usually deals with money in great amount. But as long as u r loyal to yourself there would be no problem .
