In my view the most common Challenges for a Sales man as follows:

# Maintain the sales commitments to the management.

# Continuous Sales growth.

# Maintain  Customers Satisfactions and their requirements.

# If sales decline for any known or unknown reasons.

There are many like finding qualified leads, getting a responsed from prospect, maintain customer relationship, trust, asking the right questions, stay motivated

I am taking your attention to the modern strategy. We every one knows the technology is growing out of our thinking, but the sales strategy still going the traditional system or small proportions. I would like to conclude we sales profession should research remedial improvements.
