That has boosted the productivity of Microsoft, Japan employees & that's a way to showcase the culture & importance of talent implicating - Work life Balance

This is infact not specific to a country / Region - But comes from the organization.

If an org / company wants to implement, this can certainly be done... However, they should have the right tools and evaluation systems in place to measure productivity & being successful on this model..
