What are the dangers of not managing exit of your staff?

Dangers can include:

- Not knowing who left and what documentations they took along or left behind and whether everything that was left behind was accurate

- whether a handing over of notes was done

- Was the right procedure used?

- So that the chapter of the person leaving is officially closed and there is no "ghost' lurking around receiving or being paid some unwarranted money
