yes why not? no one was born project manager already :)
Anyone can be a project manager if he earned the knowledge for that
Yes he can, PM is skills and techniques not science
yes it depend on project type
If you believe in that, you can
Yes, but he/she needs to work on enhancing project management skills
If you got what it takes then you can do anything.
not always
The skills for Project Management are different as compared to that needed for being a Business Analyst and the focus areas of both are different. A Business Analyst's primary objective is to capture requirements correctly and concisely. A Project Manager has to manage the project scope, cost, schedule and quality and has to "manage" the expectations of the customer with respect to the requirements that can be delivered within the project constraints. That said however, flexibility is the key and there are Project Managers who have been effective part time business analysts and vice versa. Not all can seamlessly perform both the roles though.
100% you can, the role of business analyst is much better than the PM, where you are dedicated for business and software knowledge while the PM dedicated for the ( delivery, Cost, Time and resources)... so if you learn the PMP process you will be more qualified PM.
hmmm really its very good Quinton....and my according answer is ... depend on prozect... what tyep project do u have... keep learning... bye
