To be a truly successful employee, you must take responsibility and "think like the CEO"; True?

This is based on my ideology of being perfect. You must seek perfection, expel and flush-out mistakes in order to make progress on any given project/ assignment.

Dear,

I Think that you are right but remember to make your mind different one ,,,,

“Each person has a goal sought by the condition that the objective mixed with hope. and in order to reach your goal, you must learn and gain experience from all over the place and don't make money is the purpose like most of employees. This is what I'm trying (goal mixed with the knowledge and work and diligence, Seriousness and confident faith in God), Good Luck Friend.

When I say "think like the ceo", what i mean is think ahead of yourself so you can see what the boss wants; you can see and know the mistakes the boss does not want, and invariablely be able to play the best card every time you are called upon to deliver on an assignment. Soon that employee would be the award winning one and rise up the ladder.

Hello Tolulade , I am not sure whether it's right to think like a CEO or not. I mean after all, a CEO leads a big team so what really counts is everybody doing his role in order for the team to perform.

I personally think (might be right and might be wrong) what's really important for an employee to be successful in doing the job, and considering the context of your question, is to focus his/her efforts within the framework the management assigns.

Best luck in getting better answers.
