In terms of current Covid situation n economic crisis how fare it is to cut salary of the employees for saving company revenues?

My personal answer is no as we are Humans n need each other support in time of distress. Employees work hard for the profit of company n it is the responsibility of company to help their employees whom in return can help the company to fight out the economic situation by giving extra efforts n than help further to bring back company into profit.
