When there is conflict in a team first thing we have to get the core of the issue which is causing the conflict. After identifying we have to have a one to one meeting with the concerned team members to understand their view point and explaination. If we are missing on something or going in the wrong direction in something we have to make a course correction on the same or if the team member is at fault of misunderstanding the facts of the case then they need to have a correction in their mindset to resolve the issue for all.
