Dear Pravitha I don’t say that company neglect them, I would rather say they have been asked for an experienced individual. Have you seen that for Management Trainee Program a company asked for5 years of experienced candidates with35 years of age??? I hope so never reason being for such entry level positions they need to induct fresh minds which could be trained and groomed as per the practice. Similarly the experienced level positions need exp candidates. Do you expect a fresher to compile a balance sheet? Or reviewing the sales plan? For this we need to have in-depth analysis which could not be done by fresh candidate.
