Can one work in Islamic Finance with a general experience in finance?

Actually, many of finance professionals are shifting to Islamic finance. They are proceeding because there is a need for their experience. However, I advise you or anyone willing to shift to learn a little bit about the Islamic finance to avoid any difficulties in understanding these products.
