How do you manage a client who is not an Interior designer but wants her likes to proceed while you are working on a property she want to sell?

Hello Akintunde , I face this delima all the time and I agree , it's tough and confusing! Anyways, I may suggest to start with whatever your client doesn't want to see so they'd open up at the end and lead you to what they really aspire and want to see..... Then you kick in and build on that. Also try to benchmark whatever they find familiar so you streamline your ideas.

I am not an architect but I learned that lesson through designing products.. Projects I involved my clients in through initial design stages went just like charm basically because they thought of them as their baby!

Thanks alot Fadi, i will hold on to that because starting from what they dislike would really ease the tension of their disappointment in the job.
