What is more important, job security or level of compensation?

I believe both are important….there were time when people are more bend towards job security and stays in the Organization and most of these type of people are less productive, liability on business, and want to do some rote routine work, never take initiatives, nor interested in the growth of business….
But time has changed….management style has changed and people are being rewarded according to their performance and the level of job security depends upon the level of input individual provide to business…Competition has arisen and if one want to stay on job and compensated well then one has to prove his ability….
If Organization provides job security to those who have been producing and performing well then its one of the level of motivation other than compensation/reward…….

Both of them are important if employee feel security in his or her job this feeling make him creative and have a loyalty for company who is work in also level of compensation is important because he or she feel his or her effort is compensated well or not some people give as they take and vice versa so, it always according to your point of view.

both are important...job security gives peace of mind and help in enhancing concentration on work, and compensation level boost work interest and gives exceptional work output with honesty.

In this world, "A man works becomes his/her identity." Both are important , but the most important is your level of expertise, education and ability to work.
Therefore, if you are good at work, automatically you will have job security and compensation as well, because no one company does not want to loose a good worker.
