How many employers look at the kind of education or profession when looking for workers?

I think what is common for people to have a degree in a profession and do something completely different? Educate for a profession and why after doing another? Is it well and how to explain it?

Every employer makes an effort to select the right person for the position. For this purpose employers usually defines a criterion. Here qualification and experiences both may be based.

i think every employer does, looks for every applicants or employess profile in doing so at is aligned each person to different task and opportunities that will get into the company - of course, that will benefit the company and individual as well. Every HRD has a program in place in this regards as well as to have a synergy between the eployees and the management.

For most companies it's not important, and i will give you an example.

Lets say that a normal civil engineer in a construction company get certified as PMP, the quistions here will be:

1-will  his company will consider that?

2-Will his company will put him as a project manager?

3-if the did, will his company will increase his salary to match with his new job title as PMP holder?

i don't think that this senario will happen.

The maximum senario that they will do (after argument) is to put him as a project manager with a promise to increase him200-300$ after1 year.

Thanks.

I think most of the time employers look to experience, whether administrative or professional in order to economize in abbreviated and strained money and time as an employee is ready to use work

I think that employers are focusing too much on the process of learning and training of the cadres of their choice to work with them.
