To keep a balanced relationship between increase in staff satisfaction and productivity in tems of quality is the JD (job description) when an employee know what he/she has to do before the hiring or at the time of application proceedings he would be able to do that.

In this case everything will be on its right place in tems of staff satisfaction, productivity in term of quality and organization would also achieve the set goals.

1. According to the latest concept, there are four types of performers available in every organization and they are: dead wood (10%) & Cow (70%) which fall in to low performance category, but Problem Child (10%) & Star (10%) belong to High performance category.

2. Those who are in low performance category, only things we can do for their satisfaction as well as productivity are coaching & mentoring and give proper training to achieve the specific goal.

3. On the other hand, for high performing employees’ satisfaction & productivity, we can give them commitment of career growth, Best rewards, Appreciation, Good environment and better salary which must be high from the low performing employees. Please try to give them best cream from the organization and retain them for achieving the organizational goals.

by doing every possible thing to satisfy them for their satification... and much than more what can i do so.
