Why problems exist in every Management, job and even life of a person?

this is  how life is made

Due to different thinking approaches between people.

If life without problems, you will not find scientific and technical progress, Engineering and moral in any country

Look at the problems you may find scientific resolved in scientific research, if progress comes to solve the problem, and I personally see to my problems at work make me learn and think in the solution and then gained experience in solving personal problems, scientific and practical. :)

When you consider a Problem as a Problem then it's a Problem.  When solutions are derived for Problems then there is no Problem.  These solutions can be planned in advance and in some cases later.  Analyzing an incident and arriving at right approach is the best way to look at an unsolved question then there is no problem.

Being human, we all are different by nature, background, thoughts and priorities. That is why dealing with human is most critical or technical skill for management.

in short its all about the man.

If I had the absolute answer my friend, I would have taken control of the reasons and engaged on problem solving at my leisure , just for sport. But since I don't:, I face my problems and try to solve them, because there is no other option, life is about taking everything in our stride, managing it and moving ahead with greater experiences as to what must be solved, what must be ignored and what must be relished as a life changing experience.

Problems are just a difference in opinion, so they will always exist with more then one person

Because everyone involved including yourself are  trying to bring about change, deliver something new or different to improve the lives of many in a fast changing customer expectation, furthermore, can you imagine life without any issues, problems and challenges? 

In modern management people are hired to solve the existing problems of the organization ! which means we are been recruited to handle and solve problems, So the job it self becomes challenging and finally problematic........... It never ends
