Better salary or better designation, what should be preferred during a job change?

Usually if you change a job, it's always for the better: position and package.
I don't see the use otherwise to change the job for the same one elsewhere (unless the package is better of course).
But for a job change, I think that the environment and the career opportunities have to be taken as priorities.
After, it all depends on your aims and "dreams".
