What can you do if you perform top performance but your company does not appreciate it?

I will do more and more to be the top for my company

If I am good and I am performing well, my company must notice sooner or later. But when they don't appreciate me, I will clarify how I am doing well, how the company is getting benefit from my effort and what might happen if I stop performing in that way. In this purpose, a good, precise presentation might be prepared.

I think the best way is to make them to know the reasons and the benefits and also Prove to them that's in involved

I will try to convince my part to the management. If there is no favour response, I will try to find a better career in another firm. 

You go on annual leave , to give room your company to see importance of your role.

I think in my personal opinion that if there is a company that does not reward its competent and hardworking workers, it will not have a future This is due to an error in its rules of procedure. Therefore, there are two solutions First, go with the flow, and in this case, you will die slowly The second is to look for a place that suits you and your achievements and God is superior and knows best

It can be seen as an inspiration to put on an even better performance
