How do you troubleshoot the faults and the problems of PCs or laptops in a network without moving to the location ?

You will log in remotely to the desired PC using Administrator priviliges and then start this simple check:

1. Check the computers performance ( CPU , RAM , and HDD)
2. Start running some applications which are usually used at that PC
3. If everything looks normal then that PC is probably working alright
4. If problems were found in running an application or you find for example the CPU usage is too high and not dropping you need to restart that PC
5. If the same problem continued then you need to get to that PC to check it physically or call who is required to do it
