Thank you and I'm sorry for mistype :-). But in my point of view there are3 challenges that HR is facing these days such as finding the righ talent, creating opportunity, managing labor and benefit cost.

On the one side, we have been bombarded with consultants who are offering their un-matched services to support the business but on the other side most of the time they are not up to the mark and reason being they lack in corporate experience. What I have observed that such consultants higher fresher’s and less experienced candidates to work as consultants and they lack in experience and technicalities of the organization and this reflects in their hiring or suggested solutions. Contrary to this, some firms are doing well and growing their business as they have been run by professional employees cum consultants. So the core point is having the technical expertise and less exposure of organization is the main challenge. I hope it would help you and do let me know for further elaboration.
