Which is the best software for 3d modeling buildings and why?

I would like to say that ArchiCAD is the best BIM software that is beyond comparizon .Simply because of its liablity, sustainabilty and flexibilty in the design process with which  designing is realy a funny game. Among all the features of the software the real time modification is the most amazing one in which the changes that you make in any view ,immediately be done in all the other views . Also ArchiCAD software enhance the collaboration betwween the client and the designer which helps the design process deeply. ArchiCAD also has the ablity  for good light works and rendering to achieve good presentation that seem like the real world that is to say that ArchiCAD fills the gap betwween imagination and the real world. The latest add-ons in the soft ware like BIMX is very good feature for the animated presentation of the building design which became like playing a video -game .also the energy -evaluation add-on in the latest versions plays a great role in the Eco-design method .And lastly the BIM-Object application is a very great feature that provided by Graphisoft for ArchiCAD -users . For all the previously mentioned benifits ArchiCAD can be considered the pioneer software in BIM sector.

This is an all-in-one software that you can use in2D and3D projects. It can also be used by first time designers and architecture students. It is user friendly that first time designers and architects can easily maximize the software’s potentials. It also has almost all the features the other applications have, but they can never top the efficiency of this software.

AutoDesk Revit is wonderful

Every software you know well is the best, But In my point of view the software I am using "3D Studio Max" with V-Ray is the best for me. 

i use Archicad and3dmax its are user frendly 

Autodesk products are the best because it's all integrated together .As an architect different teams under me can use different products and bring out excellent results . 

If i give a conceptual design in cad , the revit guys will further develop it in using building information modeling and give a framework3d ,and the max guys will finally complete the3d and give out the renderings .

Autodesk Revit . cuz it was released especially for architectures .u just need to draw the2D view then its converted to3D  .Piece of cake
