in my point of view yes, because in2012 there is new topic called "draw your own picture" it``a mean that the recruiters will see all your public profile on the internet. To take over view about your personality, you thinking ways, your Attitude, behaviour, your working methods

I am not sure on it, but i guess they should be a purpose for the ranking and credits mentioned in Bayt.com specialities.

I guess someone from employers side can be better person to tell this as I am job seeker.

I would say all one can do is hope its not just bayt but there are many other websites doing the same they have a discussion forum and if a employer accidently bumps into one and see's ones post who knows that one might get luck, i mean there are people over here for a long time with powerful resumes and knowledge waiting for that one day right .... so i guess hope for the best

In Bayt any employer has the chance to select any skills and qualifications he/she want.

So, it is yes.

If it helps employers finding more skilled and managable employees, they will do it, if not done already. I presume that it's a new feature, and as we move forward it will be become a norm of the day for employers and employees on Bayt.com.

No Comment. Because if they do you would have the best employees ever.

we  have to understand that skills, specialization ranking,...etc. has not been verified, from an employer point of view ,most of shortlisted candidates fail from their first interview.most candidates write their cv"s according to the available  position, they will read the job description and they will write  a cv that matches exactly the skills and requirments needed.

instead it will be helpfull if a carrer amplitude test is developed along with short test supplied by the company's hr department to better measure the true skills of each candidate.

this way candidates can be shortlisted for who they really are not because they can remanufacture a cv to the employers requirment.

this way time and energy can be saved, fraudent applicants will not be shortlisted.

one downside to this problem is that many hr managers are not fully qualified themselves to understand such concept.
