Is there any aerospace organisation which can state that their aircraft produce in their plants are safe for flight without any incident or accident and they are equipped with safety technology whereby human life is safe for flight.

It is true that in recent times their have been quite a lot of accidents in air transport, however as an aerospace engineer, I would like to advocate in favour of airline companies. An aircraft comes into service after immense ammount of testing and it is only allowed to service, once the probability of it failing is1 in million which is why it is still the most safest option to travel when you compare it from road or rail transport.
I cannot argue that aircraft manufacturers nowadays are producing unsafe aircraft. In my understanding the aircrafts are very safe. They do crash because of human error.
Majority of all recent aviation related incidents can be boiled down to Human Error and/or adverse weather. While human errors can be reduced with better training, it still not possible to completely eliminate, we are humans after all !
Almost all of the aircrafts in service today earn their wings only after rigorous certification process. Some of the requirements are
-The primary aircraft structure should not fail even under the1.5 times the worst of loadings (probability of which happening in an aircraft's lifetime would be of the order10^-6 or higher).
-All control systems be at least doubly redundant.
Also, most modern inflight computers prevent and/or correct wrong inputs given by the pilot and can reduce human errors in some way.
All these standards only keep getting tougher after each passing year/accident. In fact Boeing777 (the infamous MH370 airplane) had it's firs fatal accident in2013, after18 years of service and cause of the accident - Pilot error !
So it is safe to say that you're more likely to get killed on the way to the airport rather than flying in an aircraft.
