If your manager sets unrealistic goals for you and you know they're unattainable, but he/she say they can achieve them, what do you do?

There is no such thing as impossible and I was trying.

divide the work into groups and have individuals to lead each group sharing information and work

i will try to reevaluate my insight about that issue and inform manager to resolve the problemes if to exist.finally accept He or She order and request supplies to achieve his or her goals./

عليك التفكير قبل الاجابه علا ذلك والقيام بوضع خظة ووضع استرتجيه تكتيكيه لبلوغ الهدف وريت ما مدئ ذلك . واسال مديري عن الاستراجيه الموضوعه ومناقشتها لديه اذا رايت انها غير واقعيه وليست حقيقه فعند ذلك يمكني عدم الموافقه ام اذا كانت حقيقه وواقعيه فيمكنني تجسدي كل وقتي وطاقتي لبلوغ تلك الاهداف بكل عزيمة قويه واراده بتقديم افضل اداء واذا تعلق الامر باطاعة المدير فساقوم باطاعته

Discuss with the manager about the output expected and research ways to do it efficiently. If the way is not found then I would discuss on a deadline when it can be achieved or the challenges that might come across. Basically, transparency is required in a team to achieve the set goal. I believe everything is achievable with due research and proper teamwork.

Have an open and honest conversation with your manager about your reservations regarding the unrealistic goals. Clearly explain the challenges you foresee and suggest more achievable alternatives.

I'll try my best to achieve the goals in my capacity and I will surely take his guidance how can i do it.

If im completely convinced that it is impossible to do it, i must inform him of that, and give convincing reasons. But if there is an opportunity to try with the instructions from the manager, i must strive to do it and learn from the experience, at the very least.
