customer care personnel must be carismatic,proactive,and pleasant looking and have good communication skills,their main focus is the customer,they handle nothing inside the organization in terms of admistrative duties.
adminstrators however interact directly with personnel through a set frame of rules and regulations.
they are two completely different functions.
No they are not interconnected a HR and Admin can be intreconnected as they take care of Employee and office related activities.
Customer care professionals take care of customers need they are connected with Marketing and Sales team and if there is supply chain section to them as well to know delivery schedule.
An accountant also is related to all the departments but not certrainly admin and customer care
