Hey guys, have any of you played the Pandora Box Arcade Platinum Pro? I'm thinking about getting one to make a Bartop Arcade at home, but I'm not sure if it's worth the investment. Any thoughts?
In terms of performance and functionality, the EX2 Pandora's box and the Pandora's box 3D Plus are significantly superior to any Pandora's slope box clone or 3A games product. Expect to play more difficult games such as Ridge Racer.
I have to disagree, sorry. While the Platinum Pro may have a large number of pre-installed games, the quality of some of them can be hit or miss. Additionally, the build quality of the console itself isn't always great, and some users have reported technical issues after prolonged use. Personally, I prefer to build my own arcade system using a Raspberry Pi and custom software.
Yeah, I have one actually. It's been a lot of fun to have at home, especially during quarantine. The variety of games is great, and it's easy to set up. I will say that the buttons and joystick can be a bit stiff, but you can always replace those if you want a better gaming experience in Bartop Arcade.
