How would you deal with multiple customer at the same time? Which would you give prefer?
There are always some customers which are preferred over other customers due to various reasons, however, our job is as a customer support representative is to fulfill the requirements of all customer. The solution of this is problem is quick and constant prioritization of issues.
Firstly, issue is prioritzed on the basis of severity, if issue is severe then it gets prioritzed regardless of the customer, then resoution efforts are considered, means if the amount of time required to solve the problem is significantly less then it also gets higher priority, in this way you are reducing the waiting line of customers.
In summary, constant prioritization based on different factors is the key.
