Yes, I have worked with amulti-culture company with over20 nationalities from all over the world.  We had people from the US, Canadam Western Europe, Scandnavian countries, Middle East, Indian Subcontinent and from Far east

The company corporate culture was the unifying factor for all these people, and with a clear management system in place, there was no issue at all  !
