I agree but not fully just to an extent because if some successful professional is doing exceptionally well in his /her company , the present company makes sure he /she is retained in company and they also becomes smart and negotiate for better position/salaries with current employer.

 

But as i said its true as well as if its a niche industry and a performer is reconginsed easily and all companies are luring them

This is true for FAMOUS successful profisionals. A successful professional who is not known as so will have to look for a job when he/she needs one.
