In response to the question, we have separate ‘Training Division’ which imparts training for the employees. There are mainly two types of training, i.e. ‘Core Training’ (related to own profession) and ‘Soft Skill Training (applicable for all)’. Besides, we cater for ‘Special Training’ is based on requirement. Every employee needs to undergo at least one training in a calendar year.
1. Soft skill training for senior officer to manager (Project management, monitring & evaluation, problem solving & decision making, negotiation, HR Management etc.)
2. Skill based training for bottom level staff (Learning by doing).
3. Informal learning.
