Business consultants must choose a specialty, so that they can focus their career path and become experts that can help a business to improve. Successful business consultants have an entrepreneurial drive to create their own business and be their own boss. They must also be well-organized, be good teachers and have a social nature

Management consulting is the practice of helping organizations to improve their performance, primarily through the analysis of existing organizational problems and development of plans for improvement. Organizations may draw upon the services of management consultants for a number of reasons, including gaining external (and presumably objective) advice and access to the consultants' specialized expertise.

In sociological research, functional prerequisites are the basic needs (food, shelter, clothing, and money) that an individual requires to live above the poverty line. Functional prerequisites may also refer to the factors that allow a society to maintain social order.

 

To create commercial way of  business there should be well organized environment and should fulfill the demand of the market with autonomous relation with the people and with own staffs.

Business Consultants are people who are hired from a speciality fields for e.g some one who has vast knowledge in business development activities and have expertise in particular /specific sector i.e automotive, aerospace or industrial (just examples).

 

These consultants give knowledge , information , training, skill transfer to young professionals who are in similar fields and are part of team which drives business of the organization.

They are like mentors to team which guides everyone to acheive their goals.

Yes all experienced people when gain vast knowledge and expertise in certain fields head into consulting because they have free hand of working.

Yess i beleive Its a very good field as one can help in the sustainable growth of the busineeses. Apart from Money there is so much to learn and offer. I always believe in order to be successful one should have creative and out of box thinking. This field makes you go through situtaions and problem in which both your knowledge and practical experience go hand in hand. The status Quo is not there and constant learning is there.
